Applying for Admission to the Program...
Thank you for your interest in The Children's Dyslexia Center of Central Massachusetts.

To apply for admission to the center, please click here to download and complete the Admission Application, along with a copy of the results from the following two tests: *

Standard scores of a WISC (or other test of cognitive ability), no more than two years old and
-
Standard scores of a Woodcock-Johnson Reading Mastery test (or other standardized reading test, such as the WJ-3, WIAT, CTOPP, TOWRE), no more than two years old.
* It is very important that the testing includes Standard scores. An application is not considered complete without these scores.
Please do not send MCAS scores and IEPs.

Please be advised of the importance of submitting a complete application with the necessary testing. An incomplete application will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

If you do not have the above, testing can be arranged by contacting your public school department’s special services department. Mail application and test results to:
